Promising boxer Richard Morales will resume his career this September when he takes on another quality foe in the unbeaten Ali Canega. The bout will be contested in the super lightweight category of 140 pounds (63.5kg)
The Quezon City trained Morales is confident of a good showing, despite a lengthy ring absence dating back to early 2020. A winner of three fights, Morales has showed lots of potential from his debut, but has really suffered from a lack of regular competition. He has also battled some top class boxers in his short career thus far, with names such as Ryan Racaza, Jonel Dapidran, and RoyRoy Sumugat on his resume.
